Wonderful Wednesdays
Choir and Fellowship groups are for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Our Cherub group is for children in Kindergarten through 2nd grade and our Wesley group is for children in 3rd grade through 5th grade.
Wonderful Wednesdays continues to be a fun night at church during the school year. If you are in Kindergarten-5th grade, come join us on Wednesdays at 5:30. During fellowship time, we explore different stories from the Bible, learn to use our Bibles, and enjoy snacks, games, and crafts. It is a great time to invite a friend. Children are welcome to join at any time.
Our schedule for this year is (during the school year):
- 5:30-6:00 Cherub Choir (grades K-2)
- 5:30-6:00 Wesley Fellowship (grades 3-5)
- 6:00-6:40 Cherub Fellowship
- 6:00-6:40 Wesley Choir
Vacation Bible School 2013
Vacation Bible School will be June 10-14 from 6-8pm. Our theme this year is “Everywhere Fun Fair: Where God’s World Comes Together.” Vacation Bible School is for children who are currently in Preschool 3 through 5th grade. CD’s are available for $4. T-shirt transfers are $2. Registration continues through May 12th. Can’t wait to see you there!
Church Summer Camp 2013
Registration for Summer Church Camp continues. Camp information and registration forms are available at the Welcome Center and should be turned in to Melissa Plank, Director of Christian Education. We offer scholarships to cover half of the “early bird” cost for one church camp per person. The “early bird” deadline has passed, but camps are still available. Family Movie Night
Family Movie Night has been a growing success. We will provide the pop-corn, snacks, and drinks. Bring blankets and pillows if you would like to sit on the floor. Join us in Fellowship Hall for this free event and be sure to invite a friend. We show the family movies one Friday evening every month during the school year.
Adult Education Class
Our last class was led by Rev Howard Daughenbaugh and was titled Simply Christian: Why Christianity Makes Sense. We are plannig new classes in the future, please check back in the future.
