Movie Night
Family Movie Night has been a growing success. We will provide the pop-corn, snacks, and drinks. Bring blankets and pillows if you would like to sit on the floor. Join us in Fellowship Hall for this free event and be sure to invite a friend.
Adult Education Class
Do the ancient truths of Christianity hold up to 21st century scrutiny? Do they still matter? Rev Howard Daughenbaugh will lead the class Simply Christian: Why Christianity Makes Sense on Tuesdays from noon until 1:30, starting April 6 and Wednesdays 6:30-8:00pm starting April 7. Author NT Wright looks at why Christianity is still reasonable and rewarding for us today. Please sign-up at the Welcome Center.
Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School will be June 7-11 from 6-8pm. Our theme for VBS this year is Galactic Blast. We will learn about caring for our planet as we learn about the creation of the universe, Elijah, the woman at the well, the blind beggar, and the disciples in Emmaus. Vacation Bible School is for children who are currently in Pre-school 3 through 5th grade. Registration will begin this month.
Summer Church Camp
Registration for Summer Church Camp has be-gun. Forms are available at the Welcome Center and should be turned in to Melissa Plank, Di-rector of Christian Education. We offer scholarships to cover half of the early bird cost for one church camp per person.
Wonderful Wednesday
Wonderful Wednesday choir and fellowship groups continue to meet from 5:30-6:30 each week. Children in Kindergarten through 5th grade sing, learn Bible stories, eat snacks, play games, and make crafts. This spring we will be focusing on Jesus’ parables!
